Nathanael P. Cade, Esq.
Nathanael “Nate” Cade is the founding attorney of Cade Immigration Law. He is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Before founding the firm, Nate built his practice helping businesses with a wide range of legal needs. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how companies are structured, financed and run, which he brings to every investor and business immigration case, and the same attention to detail guides his work for families.
Nate is driven by a simple goal: helping families pursue their own American Dream. Whether a client is an entrepreneur opening a US company, a professional building a career, or a family bringing loved ones together, he treats each case as the life-changing step it is.
Nate’s staff speaks English and Hindi, and works closely with clients from India and East Asia, as well as clients from many other countries.
